Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order with Gorkha Khukuri Space (GKS), you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the details of your purchase, including the item(s) ordered, the quantity, and the estimated delivery timeframe. This confirmation does not signify that your order has been shipped. Shipping will occur only once the payment has been processed.

Shipping times may vary depending on the product’s availability and destination. Once shipped, we will provide you with tracking information. We use trusted shipping partners such as DHL, TNT, SkyNet, Aramex, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination of the order. We aim to charge you only the actual shipping cost, with no additional fees. After placing your order, we typically ship it within 24 hours, and delivery will take between 8-12 days, depending on the shipping partner and destination.

In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you and request additional time to fulfill your order to maintain the quality standard we promise.

Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss the return or exchange process. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
