This Khukuri is a true masterpiece, crafted by one of the most skilled artisans, whose expertise has been honed through decades of dedication to the craft. Each detail reflects his passion and creativity, as he was free to design without constraint.
The blade boasts a stunning curved belly, complemented by exquisite fullers on the belly that are unlike anything seen before. These fullers draw inspiration from the terraced hills surrounding Kathmandu, resembling the serene beauty of hills divided by traditional Nepali farming patterns. This unique feature not only enhances the blade’s aesthetic but also improves its balance and functionality.
The scabbard takes on an extraordinary Roman-inspired design, giving it a regal and ancient feel, reminiscent of the legendary swords of the Roman Empire. It’s made from high-quality Water Buffalo Leather, ensuring durability while maintaining its elegant appearance.
The two mini knives (Karda and Chakmak) are crafted with functionality in mind, featuring large, elongated handles made from Indian Rosewood. Unlike traditional mini knives, these are designed to function as standalone tools, offering practicality beyond their usual decorative purpose.
All blades, including the Khukuri and mini knives, are full tang, ensuring maximum strength and durability.
